Yes, you may lose that stone, but realistically, how sustainable is this type of lifestyle.....not at all, which is why most people then give up, go back to their old eating habits and put the stone back on! The great thing about having a personal trainer is that I will teach you how to make lifestyle changes, so that you are able to achieve your goals, but more importantly maintain these targets once you have reached them, with exercise and healthy eating becoming an enjoyable part of your lifestyle.
