Before your first session we shall meet for a complimentary consultation where we will discuss your goals, any medical conditions or injuries which I may need to be aware of, and the times which you would like to train. Most importantly this is a chance to find out whether we will enjoy working together, after all, if we are going to be spending so much time training together it is important that we get on! There is no obligation to commit to any sessions after the consultation if you decide that Jenny Cromack Personal Training is not for you.
During your first personal training session I will perform an initial fitness assessment, which will allow us to set your short and long term goals and assess your current level of fitness. Donīt worry about the assessment, for me this is one of the most important parts of your first training session as we can set specific goals and also show you how much you have achieved once you reach your target goals.We will perform assessments on a sessions on a 6 weekly basis to ensure you are on track to achieving your long term goals.
I believe that everyone is an individual and there is not a one glove fits all approach to personal training and exercise. Therefore, your training sessions will be tailored according to the goals you want to achieve and your fitness levels. The sessions will progress as your fitness and strength levels improve so that we are constantly challenging your body in new ways!
Your 1:1 training sessions will be supported with an exercise programme to follow when you are not training with me to make sure you are working just as hard outside of your sessions and keeping on track to achieving your goals.
Should you need any help with your eating habits then I can provide food diaries and healthy eating plans (The word diet does not exist in my dictionary!). I am here to support you every step of the way, anything that I can do to help you reach your target, I will!
