Before your first session we shall meet for a complimentary consultation where we will discuss your goals, any medical conditions or injuries which I may need to be aware of, and the times which you would like to train. Most importantly this is a chance to find out whether we will enjoy working together, after all, if we are going to be spending so much time training together it is important that we get on! There is no obligation to commit to any sessions after the consultation if you decide that Jenny Cromack Personal Training is not for you.
During your first personal training session I will perform an initial fitness assessment, don´t worry about this part, it´s just a few tests which will allow me to plan your goals and assess your current levels of fitness. Following this I will perform review sessions on a monthly basis to ensure you are on track to achieving your goals.
Your personal training sessions will be structured according to the goals you want to achieve, your fitness levels, the time you have available and your budget. I can even design you an exercise programme to follow when you are not training with me to keep you on track to achieving your goals.
Should you need any help with your eating habits then I can provide food diaries and healthy eating plans (The word diet does not exist in my dictionary!). I am here to support you every step of the way, anything that I can do to help you reach your target, I will!
Clients will often ask whether I expect them make other lifestyle changes, like stopping smoking or drinking. Whilst I will advise and support you it is up to you if you want to make these changes and there will be no pressure to give up the things you enjoy... but you may get more out of your sessions if you do!
